Billing & Pricing

SwiftCloud uses a transparent, prepaid billing model. You add funds to your project, and we deduct usage hourly. No surprise bills at the end of the month.

The Prepaid Model

Each Project has its own wallet (Balance).

• Resources (VMs, IPs) have an Hourly Rate (e.g., 0.33 ZMW/hr).
• Every hour, our billing worker calculates the total cost of your active resources and deducts it from your project balance.
• If you stop a VM, you stop paying for its compute (CPU/RAM), though storage costs may still apply.

Adding Funds

We support multiple funding sources, tailored for the Zambian market:

• Coupons: Redeem promo codes or prepaid vouchers.
• Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha (Integration Active).
• Cards: Visa/Mastercard.

Low Balance & Suspension

We send automated email alerts to keep you informed:

1. Warning: When your balance has 72 hours, 24 hours, and 6 hours of runtime remaining.
2. Zero Balance: When you hit 0.00 ZMW, you enter a 3-Day Grace Period. Your resources stay online.
3. Suspension: If funds are not added after 3 days, resources are Suspended (Stopped).
4. Deletion: Suspended resources are kept for 90 Days. After this, they are permanently deleted to free up infrastructure.
